To fulfil an order, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, and order information. Card details are submitted directly to our payment processor; we do not view or retain them.

Refund Policy

Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Condition of returned items

Consoles, controllers and accessories must be returned clean and undamaged, in their original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation. Unboxing and testing an item to decide whether it suits you is allowed. No restocking fee applies to items returned in the required condition. These requirements do not limit your rights when an item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered.

Requesting a return

Send your order number and the reason for your return to support@shopconsolecove.com. We will respond with instructions. Wait for our response before sending anything back.

Return delivery costs

For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking.

How refunds are issued

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund is sent to the payment method used for the original purchase. Your bank or card provider may need a few additional business days to display the refund.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your delivery contains an item that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and provide photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including the shipping charges you paid, and cover the return shipping cost.

Compatibility-related returns

Product compatibility details are based on information provided by the manufacturer. If an accessory is unsuitable for your console and remains unopened, it can be returned under the 30-day return policy. If our compatibility details were incorrect, we cover the return in full.

Shipping Policy

Tracking your order

Tracking is provided with every order. When your parcel leaves the warehouse, we send its tracking number by email.

Delivery timeframe

Delivery takes 7–10 business days. If we expect delivery to take more than 10 business days, we will email you before dispatch so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping charges and taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the shipment weight and destination. Both shipping charges and taxes are displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Consoles and larger bundles

Shipping rates for consoles and larger bundles take account of weight, dimensions and destination. The complete shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

Changing an order or delivery address

Please contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order, or correct the delivery address. Once a parcel has shipped, its delivery address cannot be changed.

Delivery delays

Carrier disruptions, severe weather or public holidays may cause delivery to exceed the 7–10 business day timeframe. We will provide updates by email.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not progressed for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

Prices and stock
